If some services are down, we
will log in to your server right away and fix it.
If for some reason your server is still down longer than 20 mins. and you didn't receive an email from us, you can send an email to emergency@jonesolutions.com. Please note that this email will send an SMS to our phone so we recommend using it only for down servers or services. Using it for regular support is not allowed and you will be charged accordingly.
